Research Fellow: Hina IshtiaqA motivated person capable of adapting to changing environment and a good team leader, Hina Ishtiaq wants to create a difference in the field of research. She is working as a research fellow at the South Asian Strategic Stability Institute (SASSI) Islamabad. She obtained Master’s degree from the Quaid-i- Azam University, Islamabad. The topic of her seminar paper was ‘Nuclear Proliferation in South Asia and Its Impact on Regional Stability’.
She has written papers on ‘Siachen Conflict between India and Pakistan with Respect to Geographic Contiguity as Its Root Cause’, ‘Growing Indo-Israel Relations: Implications for Pakistan’, ‘Cold War and Its Impact on Pakistan’s Political Economy’, ‘Security Concerns of Libya’, etc. She has worked as a research assistant at Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. She has also worked on ‘Indo-US Nuclear Deal: Implications for the Region’.
Currently she is working on ‘China’s Export Controls versus Its Non- Proliferation Policy’ and ‘Indian ABM System: Impact on the Regional Stability’. She is also a coordinator of joint project of SASSI and Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi.
